Shopping connects us with millions of people across the world who produce the things we buy and use every day. But not everyone gets a fair deal. Many farmers in developing countries, who grow crops like cocoa, coffee, tea and bananas don't earn enough to pay for the things that we take for granted like access to clean water, medicines and a child's education.

When you spot this Mark on a product, you can be sure that farmers or workers in the developing world who helped to make the product were paid a fair price and worked in decent conditions.
