Halloween Caramel Competition: Terms and Conditions

 

1.    Offer open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents, excluding employees of Divine Chocolate Ltd, their families, agents and anyone involved in administration of the promotion. 

2.    Promotion runs from 29/10/13 to 15/11/13

3.    There will be one prize winner selected from the entries received.

4.    The winner will be announced on 30/11/13.

5.    To take part in the competition, entrants must submit a short poem about their Halloween antics at www.dubble.co.uk or to the following address: Caramel Halloween competition, Dubble HQ, Divine Chocolate Ltd, 4 Gainsford St, London, SE1 2NE. 

6.    The best entry will receive a box of Divine Caramel bars (30 bars)

7.    There is no cash alternative to the prize and it is non-transferable.

8.    Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.  

9.    The Promoters’ decision on all matters is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.

10.  Details of the prize winner’s name and country of residence will be available at the end of the competition period by sending a SAE to Caramel Halloween Competition Winner, Dubble HQ, Divine Chocolate Ltd, 4 Gainsford St, London, SE1 2NE

12.  The name and photograph of the prize winners may be used for publicity purposes. 

13.  Parental consent is required for all entrants under the age of 16. 

14.  Dubble may cancel the competition for reasons outside of its reasonable control, and may amend these rules without notice, by posting changes to them on its website. 

15.  These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
